Dock to door
Picked up at a dock, delivered where there isn't one. Every EK truck has a liftgate, so freight comes down to street level at stores, job sites and offices.
The right truck when
- The delivery stop has no loading dock.
- Freight is going to a storefront, a job site or an office.
- Pallets need to come down to the ground, not onto a dock plate.
- You want a photo showing where the freight was left.
How it runs
Tell us the stop needs a liftgate
Pick Yes under Liftgate at delivery, or mention it when you call or text. We plan the stop before the truck leaves.
Loaded at the dock
Picked up at your dock and secured with E-track and straps.
Lowered at the door
The liftgate brings each pallet down at the stop, and you get delivery photos.
