Privacy
What this website collects, and what we do with it. Last updated October 26, 2026.
Who we are
This website belongs to EK Logistics LLC, a box truck carrier based in East Orange, New Jersey (MC 1792704, USDOT 4523717). You can reach us at (862) 224-6176 or [email protected].
What you send us
The quote, carrier packet and driver forms on this site don't send anything to a server. When you tap Text or Email, the form opens your own text or email app with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you hit send yourself. This website doesn't store what you type into the forms.
What you do send arrives on our dispatch phone or in our email inbox. We use it to quote and run your load, set you up as a broker customer, or review your driver application. We keep it as long as we need it for that work and for our business records.
Analytics and cookies
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only when we need to for the job, such as with our insurance agent when you ask for a certificate of insurance, or when the law requires it.
Texts and calls
If you text or call us, we'll reply about your request or your load. We don't send marketing texts. If you'd like us to stop texting you, tell us and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for our business records or the law. Call, text or email us and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website is for businesses and job applicants. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
